Day 9: The First Christmas Card

Day 9: The First Christmas Card

The first ever Christmas Card EVER!

Did you know the first commercial Christmas cards were commissioned by some dude (Sir Henry Cole) in the year of our Log 1843. The card was somewhat controversial as it depicted underage drinking. But Grand Theft Auto didn’t really exist then, so controversy was sparse.

Later cards could have included; teen pregnancy, pimping hoes and terrorists. But didn’t.

Surprisingly.

(Those last two are separate… I don’t think anyone pimps terrorists)
